VPS for OpenCart with 50,000 Products
I’m planning to migrate my store to OpenCart; currently, there are about 50,000 products in the catalog. It includes inventory import, filters, search, and several shipping and payment methods.
For the VPS, I’m looking at roughly 6 CPU cores, 16 GB of RAM, 150+ GB of NVMe storage, plus daily backups and reliable 24/7 support. Right now, I’m checking out hostpro.com.
Will this configuration be sufficient, or should I look for something more powerful right away for OpenCart with a catalog of this size? And which is more important here—CPU or RAM?
