VPS for a Laravel

I’m launching a Laravel SaaS application for European customers and need a VPS for the production environment.

I’d like to keep the initial infrastructure budget around €30/month and prefer Poland because a large part of the target audience is located in Central Europe.

Hostpro.com is one of the providers I’m comparing because their VPS plans offer KVM virtualization, NVMe storage and full root access. I’ll need to run Laravel workers, Redis and MySQL on the server.

Would 4 vCPUs and 8 GB RAM be a reasonable starting point?
