VPS for a Project with a Large File Storage System
I need a VPS for a web service where users upload files. The website itself is lightweight, but the storage is gradually growing—it’s currently around 100 GB and is projected to reach 300–500 GB within a year.
I don’t need much in terms of CPU/RAM - I’m thinking about 4 CPUs / 8 GB of RAM—but I specifically want fast NVMe storage and a reliable backup system.
I’m looking at hostpro.com as one option. For this scenario, should I go with a VPS that has a large disk, or is it better to separate the application from the file storage?
